Forum reorganization

Bob and I talked about this yesterday and have decided to merge the three subforums into just the Comic Book Page forum.
The main reason for the switch is to make it easier to browse the threads.
I'll be moving threads from the General Discussions and Sales Charts area into the Comic Book Page Community Forum...
